Support Tips for April
There are a couple of things to mention this month…
- The first is directed towards seasonal merchants: your merchant account can be closed for up to six months without having to complete a new application. This is in essence an account suspension, but the benefit is that the static monthly fees will not be billed during the period that the business is not in operation. Please remember to give us a week or two prior to the first day of renewed operations to ensure that the equipment or web-based gateways are active and operating.
- The other reminder is for our merchants who have been with us for since 2012 (using Priority Payments back-end processing). All merchants with Priority have access to MX Merchant (located here) with easy login with the credentials we provided you in your original “Welcome to Dharma” email. With MX, you can access a myriad of detailed processing data about your business to quickly get the data you need. Once logged in, you’ll see easy-to-view sales information accessible right from the dashboard, and you can quickly drill-down on specific time-periods by selecting the appropriate time-period from the middle of the page. To see past fees, simply click “Billing” on the left, and you can then click “Statements” to see all past processing statements for your organization. You can also run additional reports to determine batch amounts, funding times, chargebacks, and more by clicking the “Reports” tab on the left. MX makes it easy to run your business like a pro! MX has just been recently redesigned, and users will continue to see new features added into MX over the next few months. For any assistance with MX, you can always reach out to Priority Payments directly at 800-935-5961.
