How Clover Care Works
- Extended protection – Receive three years of accidental damage and manufacturer defect protection including up to three device replacements with no additional fees incurred at your time of need.*
- Easy and convenient – Protection can be added when you first purchase your device, or at any time during the first year while you’re still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- No out-of-pocket expenses – Be worry-free when getting your devices replaced. There are no additional fees like per claim deductibles, call tag fees, or shipping fees with Clover Care.

Clover Care is Provided with All Clover Purchases Through Dharma
Because Clover Care gives merchants the peace of mind that their devices are protected from accidental damage and manufacturer defects, as of February 1, 2024, Dharma automatically includes Clover Care for all Clover devices purchased from Dharma – including Clover Station Duo. Clover Station Solo, Clover Mini, Clover Flex and Clover Kitchen Display System. Your devices are covered for three years, with up to three replacements, with no additional fees or restrictions*.
* The Fine Print
- Devices must be purchased from Dharma. Devices purchased elsewhere are not eligible for Clover Care from Dharma, but may be eligible by contacting Clover directly.
- Next-business-day delivery requests received before daily cut-off time will ship the same business day. Otherwise, they ship the next business day.
- You are limited to three (3) replacements during the Clover Care term.
- The three-year term is based on initial ship date of the device.
- In all states except for New York, Clover Care protection includes the following: manufacturer defects; cracked/broken screens; environmental conditions (dust, dirt, etc.); liquid damage to unit or printer. For New York merchants, Clover Care covers manufacturer warranty defects only.
- Clover Care does not cover intentional damage, theft, loss or fire damage.
- Clover Go is not eligible for Clover Care coverage, only the Clover Station Duo, Clover Station Solo, Clover Mini, Clover Flex, and Clover Kitchen Display System.
- Clover Care can be added to existing machines in their first year of operation. If you purchased a Clover system from Dharma within the last year that did not come with Clover Care, you can add it to your system for a fee. Please contact Dharma Support for more information.
