Why Clover Care?

Clover Care gives merchants the peace of mind that their devices are protected from accidental damage and manufacturer defects. Clover Care is available for all Clover devices, including: Clover Station Duo. Clover Station Solo, Clover Mini, Clover Flex and Clover Kitchen Display System. Your devices are covered for three years, with up to three replacements, with no additional fees or restrictions*.

Clover Care Costs

Clover Care is available for the following one-time purchase price:

  • Clover Station Duo – $227
  • Clover Station Solo – $140
  • Clover Mini (3rd Gen) – $100
  • Clover Flex (3rd Gen) – $80
  • Clover Flex Pocket – $80
  • Clover Compact – $60
  • Clover Kitchen Display System – $158

To enroll in Clover Care, contact Dharma Support. They will take care of all the paperwork, and send you an authorization form to sign via DocuSign.

 

* The Fine Print

  • Devices must be purchased from Dharma. Devices purchased elsewhere are not eligible for Clover Care from Dharma, but may be eligible by contacting Clover directly.
  • Next-business-day delivery requests received before daily cut-off time will ship the same business day. Otherwise, they ship the next business day.
  • You are limited to three (3) replacements during the Clover Care term.
  • The three-year term is based on initial ship date of the device.
  • In all states except for New York, Clover Care protection includes the following: manufacturer defects; cracked/broken screens;  environmental conditions (dust, dirt, etc.); liquid damage to unit or printer. For New York merchants, Clover Care covers manufacturer warranty defects only.
  • Clover Care does not cover intentional damage, theft, loss or fire damage.
  • Clover Go is not eligible for Clover Care coverage, only the Clover Station Duo, Clover Station Solo, Clover Mini, Clover Flex, Clover Flex Pocket, Clover Compact, and Clover Kitchen Display System.
  • Clover Care can be added to existing machines in their first year of operation. If you purchased a Clover system from Dharma within the last year, and you would like to add Clover Care, you can add it to your system for a fee. Please contact Dharma Support for more information.
