Running a sale in NMI
Once logged into the NMI gateway, running a sale through the Virtual Terminal is easy. To do so, simply:
- Select “Sale” on the left side
- Input all required fields – at a minimum, you’ll need to enter the Credit Card number, Expiration Date, and an amount. Dharma always recommends inputting all Address/Contact information as well, to ensure you’re verifying AVS info and protecting yourself against potential fraud.
- At the bottom, select “Charge”
- That’s it! You’ll see a confirmation for your sale, and your customer will be emailed a receipt (if you provided an email address)
