Merchant of the Month – Poco Dolce

The only thing better than highlighting a merchant that produces high-end chocolate goodies is eating said high-end chocolate goodies! As you could probably guess, we are mostly all chocolate snobs at Dharma, with the possible exception of a certain staff member with a Whoppers addiction! Poco Dolce is a boutique chocolatier right here in San Francisco whose products look more like fine art sculpture than chocolate.

Like Whiskey Ganache, Champagne Truffles, or Hazelnut Crisps, anyone? Using blends of GMO-free chocolate from Guittard Chocolate Company, each batch is made by hand from local, all natural ingredients with no corn syrups. Of course, they take great care in sourcing from fair trade, slave-free cocoa farms – kudos all around here.
