Best of the World Award for Workers

In the shameless self-promotion department, Dharma is proud to announce winning a Best of the World Award for Workers. These are businesses that B Lab has determined have scored in the top 10 percent of all Certified B Corporations on the assessment, and is in recognition of how Dharma treats and empowers its employees with generous compensation, extraordinary benefits, and wonderful perks that help make our company a great place to work.

To tie this into the Hierarchy of Needs pyramid mentioned in our October newsletter, this foundation fulfills the basic physiological needs such has having enough food, water, and other basic resources as well as the second level of safety that provides the security of body, health, and shelter that supports an easeful lifestyle. In fact, our empowering and awakening approach also supports the final three parts of the pyramid – a sense of Belonging, building of Self esteem/Respect, and finally Self-actualization, resulting in … eudaimonic happiness! Who knew??
