Clover go carries an additional $10/month fee, per account. You can choose between the basic Clover Go device ($99) OR you can opt for the Contactless version, which connects to your phone via Bluetooth instead of the headphone jack. If you opt for the contactless device, you can also purchase a charging cradle for $29 if you'd like. Please note! Clover Go devices do not carry a warranty. They'll be replaced if they arrive defective, but future issues will not be covered by Clover.

Weight Scale: Frozen yogurt shops and other merchants who sell their wares by weight can speed up checkout with our integrated weight scale. This scale supports up to 20lbs, switches easily between grams and ounces, and automatically passes weight information into Clover for a quick and accurate checkout process. Learn more here.

Barcode Scanner: A barcode scanner helps you speed up checkout lines and manage your inventory with ease. Virtually any 1D barcode can be captured — including the typical barcodes that are printed on paper labels; electronic barcodes displayed on the screen of a mobile phone, tablet or computer that allows retailers to easily process loyalty cards, mobile coupons and more; and the high density (HD) barcodes commonly used in specialty retail and electronic component manufacturing. Swivel Stand: The Clover Mini is designed to stay “in place” on your countertop. However, you can easily add a swivel-stand for additional functionality! With the swivel included, your Clover Mini instantly becomes “customer facing” so that you can quickly spin the unit towards the customer for PIN-debit entry, or to request email/phone number information. Please note! Clover is a product that is managed/serviced directly by First Data. As such - Clover has some specific conditions around how the hardware works, and the policies associated with it. We'll send details via DocuSign, but the main takeaways are: Clover Systems are non-transferable. Once you purchase Clover with Dharma, you can't bring that hardware to another service provider. This is a First Data restriction that applies to all Clover re-sellers like Dharma. In addition, there is a $250 restocking fee for all Clover products, and you must return them within 30 days should you change your mind. Please be sure that Clover is the right solution for you as there are hard costs associated with returning Clover POS.

Terminals carry an internal PinPad that you can choose to use for PIN debit sales. Terminals will arrive pre-programmed and ready to process, with 3 rolls of paper and all necessary cables. How will you connect your terminal? We will default to "Internet" if there's confusion.

InternetPhone-LineDharma strongly recommends an Internet connection, as there is less potential for errors, transactions will process more quickly, and future updates will be much easier to download. You can always process over phone-line as a "backup" method. Wireless (S90) terminal models will not have a direct internet connection, only dial-up or wireless is available.

I'd like the terminal to automatically settle every day.I prefer to manually settle the machine on days that I process.Unless you adjust your terminal for tip-acceptance every night, we strongly recommend auto-settling your terminal. But, if you prefer to manually settle your machine, that's OK too! Just don't forget to do so every day.

Your batch settlement time determines when your terminal will "settle," sending all of that day's transactions to Dharma for deposit into your bank account. Dharma's cutoff time every day is 9:00 PM EST, or 7:00 PM EST if you're using the FD130 - that's the last point of the day when you can send sales to us to be processed that day. Otherwise they'll be counted as the next day’s sales. To ensure the quickest possible funding, we recommend settling before 9:00 PM EST (7pm EST for the FD130). We recognize that some businesses may be open later than the cutoff time, so you are welcome to choose a later settlement time if your business prefers settling after the last sale of the day.
